Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing times may be slightly extended during promotions, sales events, or high-volume periods.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded, as fulfillment begins immediately. Please review all order details carefully before checkout.
Shipping Speed & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days
Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $250
Delivery timeframes reflect shipping time only and do not include processing time, weekends, or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Customers can also track their order directly through the Track Your Order page on our website.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Tav’s Touch is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier immediately.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Tav’s Touch currently offers domestic shipping only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
