Easy Exchange Process – No Hassle

Due to hygiene standards and the nature of human hair products, Tav’s Touch enforces a strict but transparent return and exchange policy.

Return Eligibility

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and uninstalled

  • Remain in original, unopened packaging

  • Not be removed from original wig or bundle packaging

  • Not be washed, styled, brushed, finger-combed, or altered

  • Not be exposed to heat, coloring, bleaching, or chemical processing

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or tampering

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be approved and will be returned to the customer.

How to Start a Return or Easy Exchange

To request a return or easy exchange, please email our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Clear photos of the product in its original condition and packaging must be included for review.

If approved, return authorization instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Tav’s Touch is not liable for return packages lost or delayed in transit.

Store Credit Policy

Approved returns are issued store credit only.

Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Store credit will be issued within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

For an exchange, the original item must be returned and approved for store credit first.

Once store credit is issued, a replacement order can be placed easily.

Hair Care & Damage Disclaimer

Tav’s Touch is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper installation or maintenance

  • Excessive heat styling or chemical services

  • Bleaching, coloring, or over-processing

  • Hairstylist or third-party service errors

Professional installation and proper hair care are strongly recommended.
